Espe\u00adci\u00adal\u00adly in the tur\u00adbu\u00adlent pha\u00adse we are in, it is more important than ever to know your own values and prio\u00adri\u00adties. But that does\u00adn\u2019t mean you can\u2019t be inspi\u00adred by other peo\u00adp\u00adle. Quite the oppo\u00adsi\u00adte! I try to take some\u00adthing away from each encoun\u00adter \u2013 good things to take on my way, but also reco\u00adgni\u00adzing nega\u00adti\u00adve traits I want to get rid of.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n

Pod\u00adcasts are a medi\u00adum that allows me to incre\u00addi\u00adbly expand this tre\u00adasu\u00adre tro\u00adve of encoun\u00adters. I get to pro\u00addu\u00adce some mys\u00adelf with my good fri\u00adend Kevin Rech\u00adstei\u00adner and I always lis\u00adten to sel\u00adec\u00adted for\u00admats whe\u00adre it\u2019s most\u00adly about lea\u00adder\u00adship, per\u00adso\u00adnal deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment, per\u00adfor\u00admance or rese\u00adarch & science.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Every now and then I share con\u00adtent here that I find par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar\u00adly exci\u00adting or enriching.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
