In all the\u00adse sports, per\u00adfor\u00admance is direct\u00adly affec\u00adted by weight (sys\u00adtem weight: body &amp;&nbsp;equip\u00adment) or is fought in weight classes.<\/p>\n<p>Power is often mea\u00adsu\u00adred in watts per kilo\u00adgram body weight. To impro\u00adve this ratio, you can redu\u00adce your body weight, which is much fas\u00adter than incre\u00adasing your phy\u00adsi\u00adcal per\u00adfor\u00admance (watts).
