In the\u00adse try\u00ading times, it\u2019s more important than ever to know your values and prio\u00adri\u00adties. That said, it\u2019s still valid to gather inspi\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon from others and learn from the best. As for mys\u00adelf, I lis\u00adten to many dif\u00adfe\u00adrent pod\u00adcasts eit\u00adher about cur\u00adrent rese\u00adarch and sci\u00adence in nutri\u00adtion or a lot about per\u00adso\u00adnal deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment, lea\u00adder\u00adship and high per\u00adfor\u00admance people.<\/p>\n

I will share every now and then some epi\u00adso\u00addes I par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar\u00adly lik\u00aded. Today it is an  Inter\u00adview with\u00adTi\u00adan\u00adna Bar\u00adto\u00adlet\u00adta, a track and field ath\u00adle\u00adte from the USA, World and Olym\u00adpic Cham\u00adpi\u00adon <\/a>in the 100m dash and long jump. She has a remar\u00adkab\u00adle atti\u00adtu\u00adde towards suc\u00adcess and fail\u00adure and ack\u00adnow\u00adleg\u00addes that neither of the two is final or exclu\u00adsi\u00adve\u00adly good or bad. She talks about her big\u00adgest wins and how they fai\u00adled to make her hap\u00adpy and com\u00adple\u00adte \u2013 some\u00adthing I can rela\u00adte to all too well, after win\u00adning the Worlds in Nice 2002 myself.<\/p>\n
